Tanigawa and Kellis. “Hypometric genetics: Improved power in genetic discovery by incorporating quality control flags.” We introduce “hypometric genetics,” an approach to investigate the genetic basis of binarized traits representing the presence of below-the-limit-of-quantification (BLQ) quality control indicators.
